What is the TrialAssure platform?
Three products working on one record: REGISTRY for clinical trial registration and results disclosure; ANONYMIZE for risk-based anonymization and redaction of documents, datasets, and images; and LINK AI for drafting medical writing content automatically inside Microsoft Word via your approved templates. Every obligation is tracked from that same record. They share one dataset and one audit trail, so work done in one is visible to the others without re-keying.

Do I have to buy the whole platform?
No. Most customers start with the product that addresses their immediate need, often ANONYMIZE or LINK AI, and expand when it makes sense for their organization. Each product is licensed separately and built to deliver value on its own. When customers use multiple TrialAssure products, they gain the added benefit of connected technology across medical writing, anonymization, registration and disclosure. Our team works with you to understand what you are trying to accomplish and help you choose the right approach for your needs.
Does the platform integrate with my CTMS?
Yes. The TrialAssure platform integrates with sponsor CTMS and related study systems to pull study information directly into deadline-driven workflows. Your CTMS remains the system of record, while TrialAssure uses that information to track global disclosure requirements, responsibilities and deadlines. This reduces duplicate data entry and manual tracking, with the integration configured around your systems and needs during onboarding. TrialAssure REGISTRY® can then apply its rules engine to calculate and track disclosure obligations across global registries and authorities.
Where does the AI run, and is our data used for training?
Your data stays your data. Client content is never used to train public AI models or shared between customers. Models run within a closed, Azure-hosted environment controlled by TrialAssure, with content encrypted in transit and at rest. Every AI action is logged and attributable to a named user. These practices are backed by ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for information security and ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management. TrialAssure also supports GDPR-aligned and HIPAA-aligned data handling, with additional documentation available through our Trust Center.
Do you provide software only, or services too?
Both. Use TrialAssure software with your internal team, bring our experts alongside yours, or rely on us to manage the work on your behalf. Our team can support onboarding, change management, best practices and ongoing delivery based on what your organization needs. The model can also change over time. Some customers lean on our experts for an initial project and transition work in-house as their teams gain experience. Others use our services during peak periods or when additional expertise is needed. The goal is the same in every model. We work with you to help make sure the technology delivers what you brought TrialAssure in to accomplish.
What does “Human Driven” actually mean?
AI can accelerate the work, but people remain accountable for the decisions. TrialAssure keeps experts in control, with outputs designed for human review and approval before they become final.
