Licensing puts the platform in your hands under your own brand and contract — your templates, your document types, your sponsor-facing process, with TrialAssure underneath as the engine rather than a competing service line. Referral suits firms that would rather not run the delivery themselves: you introduce the work, we deliver it, and you share in the outcome. For partner-led engagements, the model is designed to preserve your sponsor relationship and keep TrialAssure in the role we agreed to support.
When you need delivery capacity, not just software
Co-delivery blends your team with ours on one engagement to cover scope, surge or specialist work. White-glove overflow sends us the volume when it outruns your team — we produce the redacted package, the anonymization report or the summaries under your engagement and on your timeline. Staff augmentation adds our transparency and medical-writing specialists to your team without you finding and onboarding a hire. All of it runs on the same platform, so changing the mix changes who does the work, not your tooling, templates or audit history.
What comes as standard
Ideation, training and technical assistance are included, along with the tools and documentation to fold the platform into your own offering.
