Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: September 23, 2026.

TrialAssure wants everyone who works on clinical trial transparency to be able to use this website, including people who use a keyboard instead of a mouse, screen readers, magnification, or high-contrast settings.

Conformance status

We design and build this site to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. The site is partially conformant: the pages and features we build meet Level AA, but some older and third-party content, listed below, may not yet fully conform.

What we have done

Known limitations

Feedback and alternative formats

If anything on this site is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, email info@trialassure.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line. Tell us the page and what you were trying to do, and we will reply and, where we can, send the content in a format that works for you.

Technical basis

The site relies on HTML, CSS, WAI-ARIA and JavaScript. The mobile menu and the interactive tools need JavaScript to work.

How we assessed this site

TrialAssure assessed the site itself, combining automated checks (color contrast, labels, page structure) with keyboard testing of the page templates and interactive tools at desktop and phone widths. We review this statement when the site changes significantly.
